Data Handling

We collect only the account data needed to verify your identity and process payments. Data is stored on encrypted servers and is never sold or shared with third parties outside the scope defined in these Terms & Conditions.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are used to maintain your session state, remember your preferred language, and track which pages you visit within the platform. You can adjust cookie settings through your browser at any time without affecting your account login.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts. Any login from an unrecognised device triggers an automatic email alert. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately so we can suspend activity pending verification.

Data Retention

Account records, transaction logs covering Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX activity, and correspondence with support are retained for the period required under applicable law. After that period, data is deleted from our systems.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold on your account, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion where local law permits. Requests are processed within 14 working days of receipt.

Policy Updates

When these Terms & Conditions are revised, we post the updated version with a change date at the top of this page. For material changes, we also send an email notification to the address registered on your account.

They take effect the moment you complete account registration. By submitting your registration form, you confirm you have read and accepted every clause, including the payment rules for Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX.

We can update the Terms & Conditions at any time. We will post the revised version on this page and, for material changes, send a notification to your registered email. Continued use of your account after the update date counts as acceptance.

Depending on the nature of the breach, we may suspend your account temporarily or close it permanently. Any balance subject to an active investigation may be withheld until the matter is resolved according to the dispute clause.

Contact us via live chat or email with your account number and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 14 working days, as set out in the Disputes clause.

Data is retained for the period required under the law applicable to your region. Once that retention period ends, your account records and transaction logs — including Touch 'n Go and FPX history — are deleted from our servers.

Access to the platform depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. The Terms & Conditions may include region-specific clauses, particularly around payment methods and dispute jurisdiction, that apply specifically to Malaysian accounts.

Send a data access request to our support email from your registered address. We will respond within 14 working days and provide a structured export of the data we hold, as described in the Data Rights clause of these Terms & Conditions.
